First: recovery

According to the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce, jewelry is not returned unless there is a defect in the product. In the event of a defect in the product, you can return it within one (day) of receiving the product through the Bandar Al-Debian branch or contact us to address the matter.

If the product is returned due to a product defect, manufacturer defect, damage during product delivery, or incorrect/wrong product delivery, no additional shipping service fees will be charged. In the event of a return for other reasons, the customer will be charged shipping fees.

When preparing to return the product, the product must be in its original condition with all accessories and certificates attached. We do not accept returns of products that have scratches, are damaged due to misuse, or have malfunctioned due to the use of a mismatched voltage. We have the right to agree to accept the return of products that do not meet the above criteria.

Second: replacement

We, Bandar Al-Debian Jewellery, are distinguished by our flexibility in dealing with customers in terms of exchanging one piece of jewelry for another piece at any time, after deducting 25% of the value of the replaced piece. During the exchange, it is required that the “original invoice” be attached and that the replaced piece be complete with all parts without any deficiency.
